We’re delighted to be hiring Senior Contact Workers to join our supportive and successful service.

Main Responsibilities:
You will support the service by covering managers due to planned or unplanned absence. Communicating with all stakeholder, both oral and written demonstrating tact, diplomacy and confidentiality also gathering and analysing service objectives targets.
Taking ownership of a service wide policy or procedure and provide SME (subject matter expert) in this field to staff and managers, also providing support and guidance to staff of the legal and policy frameworks and guidance that inform and underpin professional’s practice.
You will have opportunities to support managers with supervision, appraisals and recruitment of staff and in building customer advocacy and loyalty, in Hertfordshire and beyond
