Salary: Grade 2 (Lower) Point 15 – (£24,206 FTE, pro-rata - £14,523)
Location: Stroud Youth Centre, GL51JR and Impact Centre, GL71EB

You will hold a role which will provide an administrative support to the ongoing development of our new youth service in Gloucestershire. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an aspiring organisation and make a tangible difference in the lives of our members.
Main Responsibilities:
• To provide administrative support to the youth team
• To oversee booking arrangements, building use and maintenance schedule
• To maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including participant registrations, attendance, team calendars and programme schedules.
• Coordinating meetings and responding to queries
Main Requirements (for details check the job description and person specification):
• Financial transactions including raising invoices and processing purchase invoices
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to be able to deal with a multitude of tasks and a range of priorities.
• Information Technology skills: you will need strong IT skills and be competent in the use of most Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel. A working knowledge of PowerPoint and Publisher would also be helpful.
• Problem solving skills: you will need to be practical, proactive, and able to use your initiative
• Appointments are subject to Family Action receiving a satisfactory disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service – Enhanced
