Job Title: Peripatetic Service Manager
Service: South Team initially (could expand to support other regions if required)

Salary:
- Grade 4, point 29-33
- starting at £37,211 FTE per annum, rising to £41,518 FTE per annum
- £22,362.60 per annum, rising to £24,190.80 per annum for 22.2 hours per week
- Additionally, £480 home-based allowance FTE per annum

Location: Home based with occasional travel across the region

Hours: 22.2 hours per week (part time). Hours could be increased subject to funding

Contract: Fixed term contract for 12 months.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Individual alongside the Operational Manager to contribute to the delivery of the organisations strategic aims to ensure Family Action is Stronger than Ever for the children, young people and their families across the South.

Main Responsibilities:
1. To ensure that delivery is in line with the Family Action Quality Standards, delivering a high performing and high-quality service which uses appropriate outcome measurement tools.
2. To undertake Quality Assurance Activity, regular auditing and observations of practice as required.
3. To work collaboratively with stakeholders to raise the profile of Family Action as appropriate to the role.
4. To undertake activities that enhance regional income generation and diversification initiatives such as undertaking research projects, contributing to bid and funding processes.
5. To chair and lead meetings as appropriate to the role
6. To manage staff and services as appropriate to the role.

7. To oversee compliance with the relevant recording system and wider data recording and reporting requirements. Ensuring high quality, accurate data compliance and returns.
