The Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Officer who will play a vital role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the Youth Service and, where needed, the Children & Family Centre Service. You’ll be highly organised, able to prioritise competing demands and comfortable working both independently and as part of a busy, multi-disciplinary team. You will maintain accurate records, support meetings, assist with marketing materials and uphold high standards of confidentiality, safeguarding and professionalism.
Why Join Us?
You will join a supportive and committed team who are passionate about improving outcomes for young people and families. We offer flexible working arrangements, ongoing professional development, generous leave, pension contributions and a positive, inclusive organisational culture.

- enhanced paid sick leave and paid family leave provisions
- eye care and winter flu jabs vouchers
- cycle to work scheme
- investing in your professional development with ongoing quality training and career development opportunities
